Data for the PTC Index has been tracked in full since January, 2010. In order to properly calibrate the PTC Index we examined data back to 2005. Because some of the distressed data was incomplete estimates were required in some case. To provide more context, we've provided monthly averages for several key years. Questions? Recommendations?
